1 - The first step is to analyze our response to these thoughts. Physical Perhaps we have butterflies in your stomach or have a dry mouth. Could have an emotional response when we experience strong emotions of anger, fear, worry or sadness. Could respond by doing something. This is known as a behavioral response. That could mean that began to eat, drink, delay or overwork. Another common response is to blame others! Please do not blame other other peoples because this will eventually reduce our own self esteem.
2 - The second step is the most important because this will be changing pessimistic thought patterns! That is a challenge because these thoughts are usually automatic, as I mentioned above. A good way is to list all the positive things in your life. Then, take credit for having done certain things in very difficult situations. Try to replace negative thoughts with the hope of a change and try to replace every negative thought with a positive one.
3 - The third step is to take these thoughts of anxiety and concern by the scruff of the neck and start to analyze them. Are they reasonable fears and doubts? Are they based on real experience or is there an element of illogical thinking and fiction?
