It therefore would be in your best interest to place a distributor that you have recruited below that person in your team instead of keeping them to yourself. It can literally cost you thousands by placing people in the wrong place on your team.
Make sure that the MLM business that you choose offers good training for you and your distributors you do not want to be spending all your time trying to train your distributors it is in the company's interest to do this for you and it should be at no cost to yourself.
