When you are selling products online on eBay, you should know that your item description matters very much and it can determine the outcome of your sales. If you have a poor description to your item, do not be surprised if you receive many messages from potential customers, wanting to know more about your auctions. You may feel that some of their questions are irrelevant and sometimes wonder if they have even looked at your auction listings. No matter what, always be polite and answer all their queries with the best of your knowledge as timely as you can.

When an eBay buyer has bought an item from you, always send an invoice of their purchase with details of how much they owe you.
