The biggest item to be wary of is that there are many offers available on the Internet and not all deliver what they promise. Some of these also ask for money and ask some even you for your personal details including banking information. It is important to protect yourself and your money so be very, very careful and assess each offer thoroughly before supplying any of your personal information or paying money.
The Internet has many great ways available in which to earn extra money, but there are also a variety of other ways to achieve the same result by using your computer at home.
The greatest benefit is that you can work your own hours when and how you like to fit in around your lifestyle. You may, for example, have one week relatively free while the next one or two are extremely busy so you could spend the free week working solidly to build up your cash.
Doing surveys is a fun method of earning cash, however whilst some people do earn a decent income this way, there are not too many. Also, you are not always paid in cash as some companies compensate you for your time by giving you points which you redeem for products or vouchers, whilst others will put your name in prize draws, and others will get you to elect a charity to receive a donation.

Then you have to register with the survey company by giving them a lot of information about yourself and lifestyle which is then used to check whether an upcoming survey applies to you. If you meet this criteria you receive the survey in your email. Next, there are pre-qualifying questions, before you can start, however there are many times when you will not qualify.
Also to earn a fair amount doing surveys you should register with several companies which can also be time consuming to begin with but will increase the number of surveys you will receive. You do not have to do all that come in to you, however, as you can pick and choose the ones that you want to do.
If you like to write, are creative, or are good with spreadsheets then there are several options available to you. You could write your own book or write articles for magazines. Or, you could advertise that you can do various documents such as flyers, business cards, resumes or spreadsheets for people including other home or small businesses who may not be able to either do it for themselves nor can they pay someone full-time.
Then there are people who have blogs for their businesses but they do not have the time to write the articles so they advertise on the Internet for people to do this for them, so this may suit you.
Companies also require people to do data entry for them. They supply the data and the forms and all you have to do is to cut and paste the information.
If you are computer savvy and know how to program then you could write programs or design websites or blogs for people or companies. Again these are advertised on the Internet and you may have to put in a quote or bid to get the job, but once you do, and if you do a great job, then you could get more work from the same source or they may even recommend you to others they know who are looking for people who do quality work, are capable and reliable.
Another great method is to do Internet Marketing yourself, by creating a business selling a product or service of your own or those of other people or companies. Some companies will even supply training, support and marketing systems to you.
