If you were always confident in your work ability, but were made redundant, this can affect your confidence.
But all these things miss out on one crucial component of your confidence. Your thoughts and beliefs. You have dominion over your thoughts. You can control and influence them. If you change your thoughts, you can change your results in life.
Thinking confident thoughts, replacing poor self-esteem beliefs with empowering ones can all improve your confidence. You can train yourself to be more confident. By changing your thinking, you can destroy negatives and promote high self-confidence.
Remember, you can be more confident. With the right approach, you can re-train your mind to be more confident.
