If you strive to give these people great value for their money all the time, they will not only do business with you again in the future but they'll also recommend your programs to all the people they know. This can help in improving your sales and in building a good reputation in the online arena.
Here's how you can give your clients their money's worth:
Do not take the leap unprepared. You owe it to your target audience to give them quality service. You cannot serve these people well if you lack the needed knowledge, skills, and experience. So, before you take the leap, I recommend that you get relevant education and hone your skills first. It will also help if you get first-hand experience so you can offer your customers with in-depth, very useful information.
Know your customers. Next step is to know and understand the people that might sign up to your programs. This is very, very important. There is no way that you can please your customers unless you know exactly what they're looking for. Research these people and if you have the time, interview them. Get as much information as possible. Each information that you gather will take you a step closer to making your programs more focused thus, more effective.
Make your programs more effective, more useful, and very comprehensive. This is the best thing that you can do to give your clients great value for their money. Give it your best shot when designing your programs. Always use the needs and demands of your potential clients as guides. Offer nothing but compelling, useful information and assistance that will take your customers to where they would like to be. Do not leave any stone unturned and ensure that you'll be able to leave your customers equipped with knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers or in their lives.
Offer more.
Show your customers that you're really committed in helping them out. Track their progress and if needed, offer them with more assistance and value-added products and services. For example, if they're having a hard time understanding a particular lesson, go ahead and offer them with additional sessions until they fully understand the topic. Yes, this will require additional work but this can help you promote customer loyalty.
It's not always easy to deliver at this level, but it well worth it. My own experience tells me it is far better to have fewer clients at a higher price and deeper level of coaching, than multiple clients who get less of you.
