I have loaded the trial version first to check it out. When I converted for Apple TV3 and copied to iTunes folder. The output file works flawlessly with Apple TV 3 and on iPad 3. Thats exactly what I want.

First, download Pavtubes Blu-ray ripper for Mac, like I said, the trail version is completely free and full function (despite the watermark), you have enough time to check whether it works well on your mac.
Second, run blu-ray ripper for mac and press Load Disc icon to import Blu-ray movie, choose Apple TV 3 Dolby Digital Pass-through (*.m4v) profile, it enables you to get a playable file on iPad 3 and Apple TV 3 with the 1080p full HD quality and multiple audio tracks, subtitle. Then click convert button to starting conversion.
Third, it cant be simpler, you just need to click open button, then you will get the both iPad 3 and Apple TV 3 playable 1080P M4V file with stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks.
Now I can enjoy my blu-ray collections on my iPad 3 with stereo and Apple TV 3 with Dolby Digital 5.1. Although its common sense, still need to remind is Apple TV 3 only supports Dolby Digital 5.1 pass though, you need an AV receiver.
