1. Make direct eye contact with her, but soften it up a little.

When you make direct eye contact with a woman, it not only shows her that you are confident, but it creates an almost implied connection with her. The trick is, you don't want to make direct eye contact with her the way that you would someone that you are not attracted to. You want to soften it up a little.

2. Find out her name and use it in the conversation.

It's an easy way to make a woman feel connected to you, as long as you don't make the mistake of overdoing it. A lot of guys either don't do it at all, or they over do it. Balance is key here.
