How to approach a woman you find attractive takes mental discipline. Before approach an attractive woman at the mall, bookstore or grocery market negative thoughts will attempt to prevent you from speaking to her. A few negative thoughts are:

1. She is out of my league.

2. Do not disturb her she is listening to her radio.

3. She has a boyfriend

4. I do not deserve a woman that beautiful.

I called these negative thoughts. The negative thoughts prevent appear in your head when you feel nervous or tense.

Solution - When you scope a girl you like, for example, you walk in to Barnes and Noble and you see a cute girl standing reading a book. Now, your negative thoughts enter your mind. What to do is visualize you actually carrying an interesting conversation. Then walk towards her and say hi!

Trick Your Mind

What I mean by saying "Trick Your Mind" is when a girl you see on the bus you want to approach, then get up and ask the bus driver a question, but really you are going to speak to her.

Practice Approaching Women Out of Your Comfort Zone

Going through your day, you'll see many attractive women pass. However, not all the women have to pass you by without you saying some words. Take a walk outside for 30 minutes or more and practice saying hi to people walking pass. As a result, you are carrying a conversation with kids, teens, adults and women.
