We all value our time.

And for good reason. We're busy people. The demands of life today are at an all-time high. We work, we clean, spend time with family, and many of us pursue second jobs or businesses on the side.

We know working out and building our physique is important. We want to make it a priority yet, it shouldn't consume our entire day (or lives for that matter). I don't know about you, but I surely don't want to spend the next 3-5 years trying to figure out how to get a six pack. I want strategies that work and work fast.


That's why today I'd like to help you learn a few of the most powerful techniques around to gain a leaner body and chisel out those six pack abs as fast as possible.

Everyone realizes in order to get a six pack you need to exercise and eat right. Yet, with so much information out on the market related to diet and fitness, it's difficult to know what's "right" anymore?

So many different diets, pills, powders, exercise routines, gurus, and experts. What's a person to believe anyway?

In my opinion, this shouldn't be as difficult as it's made out to be. By the time you're finished reading this article, you'll have a much better understanding of how the six pack system works.

You see, getting six pack abs is actually a relatively simple process. It's not about eating less, exercising more, or following a specific exercise regimen. It's about lowering your body fat percentage low enough so that you can see your ab muscles.

You see, your abs are probably already there. You just can't see them because they're covered up by a layer of fat.

So, how do you go about "seeing" them?

Well, the place to start is with your diet. Yes, I said "diet," not "exercise, ab workouts, or magic pills."

Your "diet" or "meal plan" is 90% responsible for how you look...period. If you don't believe me ask any fitness model or trainer. They will tell you abs are created in the kitchen - not in the gym or on a treadmill.

This may be a bit hard to swallow at first since it goes against everything we've ever been taught. Yet, if you think about it logically, it actually makes a whole lot of sense.

Think of it this way, you have 168 hours in one week. Let's say you're on the ambitious side and working out 7 hours per week (congrats if you are). That 7 hours only accounts for 4% of your entire week.

Personally, I've tried dozens of the so-called "fat-loss" and muscle programs. Yet, the only time I ever see my abs begin to shred is when I cut out certain foods.
