3. Get some exercise into your day, like walking or make some time for sit-ups and stomach crunches. Ten minutes of stomach crunches every other day can make a big difference in a few weeks. Or try yoga or Pilates for some low impact workouts that will tone muscles and get rid of a belly. With a little work, you can lose belly fat fast, and be admiring your taut tummy in a few days or weeks.
4. There are 3 important things I recommend that you drink each day in order to speed up your metabolism, flush out toxins in your body, and improve your overall health. Those 3 drinks are fresh water, organic green tea, and apple cider vinegar. 2 weeks after starting to drink more water (1/2 your body weight in ounces is best) and then drinking at least one cup of green tea and 3 servings of apple cider vinegar, I noticed a significant difference!
5. Limit the extra toppings that you add to any meal or food. The taste maybe great but it is just not worth the calories. A baked potato is great if done correctly, however the first thing most people do is add butter and sour cream - and that my friend can is the extra bad calories you don't need.
6. Try to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber, which can help promote weight loss, and also provide a wide variety of vitamins and minerals that are vital to your health. Try replacing unhealthy snacks like potato chips and cookies with healthier options, such as carrot sticks and fruit.
7. By eating a large breakfast in the morning - there is less of an impulse to eat throughout the day. You will also have a great since of "accomplishment" - people even report having a higher sense of daily purpose when they eat a fulfilling, nutritional, and nutrient-full breakfast.
