It is a commodity so special that people must pay to obtain. It is when you start to give worth to your stuff that your career in motivational speaking will take off to new heights. Of course this is saying that you also have the material and skills to match. If you con people into believing that you have what they want when you actually don't, your career will only be a short-lived fraud. Eventually, when you are starting to get your due, your career will only keep on growing. Your niche will have an impression that you really have the quality substance they may be able to use. Your image and esteem will boost along with your earning capacity. So, maybe it is time to stop saying yes to pro-bono arrangements. If they really want you, let them compensate you.
