Just like their names, the generalized hyperhidrosis is inclusive of red patches on entire body structure while the focus hyperhidrosis is characterized by reddening and sweating of some of the body parts such as face, neck, shoulders and hands. Among these two, the generalized hyperhidrosis is considered as more severe than the other one as it affects the entire body structure. No matter what type it is, the problem of excessive sweating in a person leads to anxiousness, distress, frustration and discomfort within him.

Whether it is serious situation or just the beginning of it, controlling excessive blushing is really required. There are both practical and medicated ways to get rid from this issue.
