Medical equipment manufactures are definately more inclined to spend more money during an economic down turn due to increased competition for consumer business. As a medical sales professional you provide a way that the medical manufacture can save and even make money during a recession. Sales positions often comprise of a combination of salaried and commission compensations. Providing you with top dollar for your commission based sales and a low salaried rate allows the manufacture to keep a low over head, not take any substantial risks and still pay you generously as a great sales person.

It will be financially pressing and emotionally draining when you find yourself jobless in this current economic downturn. Asking yourself is there a job that is recession proof?
