People who moved from the inner cities began to take the trend to smaller cities and towns and street vendors began to sell these products because they turned over so quickly. Customers who used the products were repeat customers and became lifetime customers. The industries who manufactured these fragrances began to add different scents to get repeat business and the industry continues to grow.

American manufacturers are very good at duplicating designer fragrances whereas manufacturers from the Middle East excel in producing the natural scents. American youth love the designer fragrances and the trend has begun to spread to the older American population. People know a value when they see one and in these days and times we all need some sort of economic relief. Scented oil fragrances last many times longer than the traditional perfumes and colognes. The main reason is because the oils are made from the base of the ingredients which contain the fragrance. They dont contain any alcohol or water if they are grade A oils. Alcohol is added to perfumes and colognes in order to cause the fragrance to spread and be noticed. Scented oils use natural body heat as their carrier. They will sit on the skin for hours and not dissipate. Since they are natural and should contain no alcohol or solvents the fragrance is softer, and more natural.
