Know yourself is the most difficult problem to solve in the philosophy of life

. In Western myth language system, it is Sphinx mystery.

The monster Sphinx asks pedestrians a question everyday: There is an animal; it walks with four legs in the morning, two legs in the midday, and three legs in the afternoon. What is it this animal? If the people do not answer this question, he will be eaten by the monster.

Then, a young man gives the correct answer: the animal is human being. Listen to this answer, Sphinx roars and jump from cliff.

This story tells us: The more things are close with us, the more we can not recognize it. In our life, everyone has a stranger accompanying with silently. He does the same things with you everyday. However, you do not know him sufficiently. The stranger is you.

The object we always see is usually the superficial phenomenon. We do not observe inner factors, variation laws as well as the logical relationship between things and human. Therefore, we often feel confused and frustrated. We always judge ourselves through others vision and outer things. In this way, we can not see clearly our potential and true feeling. Then, this wrong behavior makes us not do the wise judge to our action and emotion. So if you can recognize yourself through soul, you can control your feeling well. Because you know you what you want enough and deal with the problem in a right way. This is better to you and others. You may not do some stupid things on a rush impulse. The character of this kind of people is modest. He is still composure and calm when he meets big problems.

A people who can realize him well are also a complex person. Our eyes have two abilities. One is to find a broad world. The other is to discover a deep inner heart. Knowing himself well can help him to keep an entire and holy heart and a perfect spirit world. Based on this, he has a good self-perception.

Only do you keep a good self-perception and self-knowledge, you can have steady belief and will. You can not give up yourself.
