Life Goals & Setting Goals - How To Get Motivated & How To Achieve Them
There is a great tool that can help you to achieve your goals in an astonishingly easy and simple way that I would like to share with you
. It is based on the so-called 'Law of Attraction' and the idea of taking advantage of the powerful impact your subconscious mind has on your life.
The 'Law of Attraction' says that we attract what we focus on. So basically, if you are mainly focusing on the bad things you are experiencing -- like failure, broken dreams, and even memories of negative experiences you have made in the past which you are now projecting onto present circumstances -- you tend to 'attract' more negative events. Thus the subconscious mind is sabotaging us as we believe in the things surrounding us, even if they are 'only' our thoughts and belief-system that tell us: "You can't indulge your every wish, you can't always live as you want to, and your goals are unrealistic!" -- Interestingly, such thoughts are mostly not created by us, but oftentimes are left to us through the education we experienced and statements people made during our childhood.
I think everybody experiences days in their lives when you just feel marvelous, everything seems possible, you automatically and without thinking make the things go right, and seemingly nothing can go wrong. And then from one day to the other nothing really works out, you're seemingly achieving nothing the whole day long, you're feeling miserable, depressed, and suddenly everything is going wrong at once. Does this somewhat sound familiar to you?
If you instead set your mind on what you consider as beautiful and focus on the things you want to live for, achieve in life, and why you want them, the subconscious mind starts working for you, and your energies become channeled properly. It's important to understand that if you surround yourself with positive thoughts by visualizing your goals and dreams -- no matter how crazy they are --, really set your mind on them and on what makes them so exciting to you, you in fact are starting to achieve them.
You are supporting yourself as you are driven by the excitement. Thus your goals are becoming more and more realistic to you because you know that you absolutely can achieve them.
