It has one bedroom that sleeps two and accompanies a sitting-dining room, a modern kitchen and en-suite bathroom with bath. This property is not recommended for children but for babies if necessary. The Water Tower seems ideal for a couple who wants to get away for a quiet holiday within the comforts of a house and privacy. Brockenhusrt village is two miles away and Limington just seven miles away. The lakeside area also has barbequing facilities for an afternoon by the scenic lake.

Little Rosewood

Located overlooking the Pennington Common, this is part of the owners home, furnished for a cosy and comfortable stay. Extra accommodation can be arranged from the B&B part of the house. The Pennington village is a short walk away. It has 1 bedroom that sleeps 2. The spacious bedroom opens into the lovely views of the Pennington Common. It is complete with a sitting-dinning room, a well equipped kitchen, a cloak room and an en-suite shower room. Babies under 2 are welcome here and a small dog, if you want to bring along your pet.

Yaverland Barn

The chalet is situated at the edge of Tiptoe village and is a cosy 1 bedroomed property accommodating 2 sleeps. It has a studio living room, a kitchen and shower room. Bicycle storage and parking are available. One well behaved dog is also welcome.

Hawthorne Cottage

This beautiful Victorian cottage is located at the edge of Brockenhurst with the views of the open forest and its heaths and grazing sites. It has a large garden at the rear with trees, shrubs and parking area. The cottage is accessible through the gravelled forest road. This traditional cottage is furnished up to standards for a comfortable stay. It is 2 bedroomed for 3 sleeps and has a sitting room with electric fire, cottage style kitchen and breakfast room and a large bathroom. Both bedrooms have lovely views with a TV in the master bedroom. You can reach the beaches of Milford-on-Sea, Hordle cliff and Bournemouth from the cottage. Brockenhurst is just a walking distance away for you to find shops, restaurants and pubs.
