Read positive affirmations. After you wake up, the very first thing that you should do is to read positive notes. A notes that contain phrases and sayings that will inspire your day. Phrases saying like "I'm the best of the best investor" or "I'm a successful investor". It is also a good idea to tell yourself that "I can make more money today" and "This will be a great and successful day for me" and remember to smile while reading the notes or reciting the sentences.

Have some exercise. Exercise is good to our body it will help our blood circulation smoothly and condition our mind for the upcoming work. Moreover, having a regular exercise will feel us more energized and always stay sharp all day long.

Motivate yourself. While eating your breakfast you can review your what to do list for the day. After reading all on the list, then tell yourself that everything will be on the right track, it will be a productive and all that are on the list will get to be accomplished.

A slight marketing activity. Marketing activity like sending an email to the motivated seller that you promise to get back or some tired landlords. Don't make too much more now as you will do more throughout the day, if ever that you will decide not to do marketing for today due to some reasons, at least you did a little few earlier.

Don't forget to thank God for all the blessings. This is the most important thing to do to start your day right. Thank God for all the blessings that you've got. Thank him that you are living in America, having that nice home to live, healthy and decent food to eat and wearing that elegant clothes. As well as being thankful of giving you your family and friends that are always in there for you.

Visualize your coming success. Think and picture out yourself as a very successful real estate investor. A successful investor that had a lot of free time, spending vacation in a beautiful place and buying all the stuff that you want.
