In the business world, the stakeholders are often facing with changes. The business world is gestating to the changes of any kind which does not matter in any way it is affecting the behavior of people within the organizations. It could be because of new management, new strategies for greater profitability or even one of the core concepts of organizations that they act to be alike. Adapting the work environment is as important as adapting change to the environment. Many times even the changes cannot change the behaviors of the people. Making changes to develop the general achievement of your company should be celebrated. It is time consuming, in many cases would be expensive and it gets higher importance when in the case of organizational refurbishment. If the environment and the adapting changes to the environment supply harmony then the changes could lead to greater profitability and happier work environment. Otherwise all of the stakeholders could get affected from the unwanted situation. People are always scared of the changes in their life, because they do not want to adapt to any other change that it is pushing their nature of being. As in the lottery, the people of the town did want to change the lottery box that the inability to change the inertia of a tradition in the area. The only thing that did change was the size of the community which is not in the hands of the people in the town. There are many things that are out of our control and we cannot draw the lines. Many times we are forced to face with changes.
The changes are everywhere in our lives that the technology in our homes and offices change and to be adaptable to the changing lifestyle the businesses are striving to keep pace with the changes. There also were changes in the West Point and to this there was a resistance to the changes. This is not pathology of the changing systems. Wherever there is a change there is a resistance. Organizations have their own culture and tradition and if the changes are going to affect the tradition as in the lottery the changes would be resisted. In order to construct a well beneficial conversation, we need to understand each other and respect the opinions of other whether if it is opposing our point of view. The set up of the analysis in matters is efficient and it could be more effective when held in a debate style. There is question for every article and most of the time there are two sides of the matter. I learned that the changes in the business world are endless and managers are playing a big role in the changing process. This will affect my life that in order to get myself prepared I will focus more on the process of managing change in the work environment.
For today's managers, the issue is managing the change with no hustle. Many books suggest that change is good and more change is better. In business world nothing is constant or certain. It is indispensable to accept change and appreciate that it is incessant and a method of life. A growing small business may see many stages when major change occurs. Administrator and managers are need to be prepared and be able to change mindsets and techniques rather than continue with the old business mindset that might have worked in the past but in this changing world these mindsets need to be revolutionized. We know that the businesses are there for their customers thus; they need to focus their efforts mainly on making their customers happier. The expectations of the customers are changing all the time that brings the need for change in business mentality. It is significant that change is perceived as a prospect and appropriate organization of change will bring many benefits with it. There is a lot of revolutionize phenomenon in the business world right now. Corporations are going out of business and being taken over by the government. In either case the employees might be worried and our job as managers of the future is to keep them hub on the work for the productivity. Thus the main change for managers is to effectively manage the change to protect your environment.
