Meditation: exercise to help you meditate

Most people's lives are stressed

Most people's lives are stressed. You feel you don't have enough time to finish everything on time. You might not have enough patience. As a result you feel unhappy and frustrated.

This is where meditation is taking place giving you more focus and more time by calming your mind. If you meditate a few minutes per day you will be able to overcome your stress and find some peace of mind. This article will give you instructions for a simple breathing meditation technique.

Choose a nice place for this meditation exercise. It should be quiet. Then sit down in an appropriate position, one that your back is straight. Now, you must stop all distractions so that your mind is more clear. Watch out, after a while you might feel a bit sleepy. In time you will learn to overcome this feeling and go on.

Start concentrating on your breath. Try to breathe naturally preferably from your nose. Try to visualize how the air enters and leaves the nostrils. Here is a moment that you should be as focused as possible. This is the object of this meditation exercise.

When you try this for the first time it is highly unlikely to feel the sensation of the breath. Your mind will be distracted even if you are in a quiet place. It will be hard to control your thoughts. But if you do it for some time you will improve the exercise and yourself every time. Finally you will achieve the ultimate feeling of meditation with which you can control your thoughts.

If you practice every day, you will eventually reach the desired state of peace and relaxation. You will then be able to feel refreshed. The idea is to try to stay in this state of calmness as much as you can without letting other thoughts distract you. Try this exercise for a while and then be as inventive as possible in order to improve it. I wish you good luck in your meditation goals.
