1.Past bad experience. Men afraid of commitment find undesirable past experience as the most factor that contributes to such fear.This past bad experience is related to a broken relationship which didn't work.As such, loss of trust is common which is so hard to resolve.It can be so hard and difficult, as entering into a relationship is a burden for them.

2.One woman syndrome. Naturally, men are bigamous.Men cannot actually deny it, they always love to date many women possible.So facing a COMMITMENT can make them go crazy because of fear that it's the end of dating multiple girls.

3. Lack of personal freedom. These days, being practical is necessary and majority of us are just like it.As practicality is common, people are very much particular in securing their own needs first before they can settle into a long term relationship. More so, commitment phobic men also want not to be controlled with their own loves and even on how they behave.Thus, any commitment for them is such a big NO as they feel as if they are controlled.

4.They are inferior.Even if it is not obvious, men are sometimes inferior with what they feel. They always presume that they will be rejected after expressing their love for the women.

5.Financial constraint. When it comes to financial problems, men are living with pride. Such pride indicates that men do not want to ask for help, men make it a point that they can provide everything for the women and for the family. As such, it is important for them to be financially stable before entering into a committed relationship.

Men afraid of commitment find so many excusable and inexcusable reasons not to dwell on being involved in a relationship. But it's not healthy anymore as you are hiding your true you through your reasons. It is you who can only help yourself to get over with such fear. Learn to find reasons why you always want to be single and not to be trapped from commitment. Remember, when you are in the relationship, do not think of it as if you are locked and jailed; think of it as pleasing experience to give yourself the chance to love and be loved. Learn to promote harmony in friendship with someone whom you know that you love and care for. Being with yourself is also being true to the friendship.In such way, you will be accepted as who you are despite of fears.
