One of the most economical avenues for electricity generation is using a solar generator. Its core technique is to exploit the abundantly available solar energy, which would otherwise be wasted, and convert it into electricity to power the daily use appliances such as water heaters, light bulbs, etc. The entire process is very economical if used on a daily basis because the source of energy i.e. the sun is available free of charge.
Using solar generators, one can drastically cut down on electricity bills and also provide for an eco-friendly mode of power generation without causing any harm to the environment unlike thermal energy. Not only does solar electricity help counter high electricity bills but also comes in handy during power failures. It is estimated that sooner or later solar electricity would be the way to go, once we exhaust all our natural resources on earth.
Having the above said advantages, still the brilliant method of solar electricity generation faces reluctance. Reason:
The one and only constraint in optimally harnessing solar energy is its setup and the equipment cost. Solar panels made of silica are harbored to trap sun's solar energy, which is transferred to a deep cycle battery through regulators connected to positive and negative wires. These wires in turn carry the power to the inverter through a control fuse. The inverter converts the DC current into AC current ready to use for appliances. This entire process requires onetime-installation; maintenance cost which is quite significant and also the expertise to setup the mechanism. But once setup, Solar Electricity Generation is an indispensible method.
