Each counselor handles only a few girls at a time, so individual approach is enhanced. There is also a house mother in the dormitory on a full time basis to guide and support the young girls whenever necessary.

Time is allocated to the students to share among each other any emotional needs that they may have. This enables them to bond with each other and also open up. Communication with family and friends is encouraged. They mix with learners from other schools through regular out of campus programs. This enables them to develop socially.

When she finishes her studies, the young lady may choose to follow a military career or pursue another line. If she chooses the military, she stands a better chances due to her military grounding.
