There are various Minority Journalism Scholarships that you can take advantage of if you are eligible. There's a couple of Minority Journalism Scholarships you can register for right now to help pay your college costs. You should also do your own research for scholarships that you may qualify for.

There is a free $10,000 scholarship drawing that occurs every month at freecollegescholarships.net. To register for the scholarship offer, you must be a United States resident and be 18 years old or older. To enter the scholarship giveaway, go ahead and fill out the simple registration form on their site. It's important to register soon so you will not miss the deadline for the scholarship drawing.

Another opportunity you may qualify for is the scholarship offered by the Walton Family Foundation. Students who win the scholarship can get more than $1,000. You will have the opportunity to work at the writing center if you do get the fellowship from the school.

You may want to pursue the Walmart Associate Scholarship program. Lake Forest College students are eligible to apply for this scholarship opportunity. You are also allowed so send work in non-fiction and poetry.
