Although MLM is a simple business, success in MLM is not going to be overnight

1. Simplify - Keeping things simple just works better. In trying to achieve perfection, it can be easy to get caught up in doing anything and everything for your Network Marketing business. Sometimes we are so focused on learning new things and trying new techniques that we forget how simple most MLM home based businesses are. Most MLM home based businesses are simply talking to people about your business and teaching others to do the same thing.

If you have been involved in an MLM business for a while and you're not seeing much success, you might need to get back to basics. Focus on just talking to people about working from home part-time, or talking to people about how great your product is. It's really not that complicated.

2. Re-invest - If you're making a profit from your MLM business, you need to be putting some of that profit back into your MLM business. Most MLM home based business owners who start out don't have a lot of money to spend. But, once you have a little bit of money coming in you should spend at least some of it on expanding your MLM business. If you continually invest a little of the money each month and invest more and more as your business grows, you can't help but make even more money.

Just be careful about using your money wisely and investing in the things that will help your MLM business the most for the least amount of money.

3. Work more - Yes, that extra effort can make a significant difference. If you work just a couple of hours more every day, it can help you accomplish so much more! Also, remember that you won't have to work this hard forever. Once your MLM business starts taking off, you can work less, but invest in your MLM business right now with time and energy and it will pay off big time! If you can't do an extra hour just do whatever you can. Even an extra 30 minutes of phone calling in the evening could help you find your next rock star business partner!

4. Be honest and sincere - People generally don't like sales pitches. If you want to be successful in MLM, just be as honest and real with people as possible. Just have conversations with people about what you do and why you love it. Try to get the end result out of your head. It's not about signing everyone and anyone up. It's about signing up the right people. If you have to hide the truth from someone to get them in your MLM business, it will not benefit you in the end anyway.

5. Get referrals - Getting referrals means getting quality leads for free. This one can turn your MLM business around. You have no idea just how helpful it can be to ask for referrals and here's the thing ALMOST NOBODY DOES IT! You should always be asking people whom they know who might be interested in working from home, or buying your product. Most of the time people will be more than happy to give you a couple names and if they don't, who cares?

6. Use your current contact list - This is a resource you already have available to you. Talk to people who you already know about your MLM business, anyone and everyone. Don't be too sales pitchy just tell them what you're doing and find out if they might be interested in making money from home too. It's simple, free and 99% of the time it's way easier to do than talking to a perfect stranger.
