My new Business Venture

I worked at a few companies in the past years and became interested on how business in general works. How do some companies seem to make it big? And others do not. I believe employees are the number one asset to a company. I realize, how important personality, work ethic and skill all come together to play an important role in a success of a company. I wanted these factors to be essential part of my new business venture. Please do not misunderstand me; there are other factors that are important. One that comes to mind is the product or service the company is providing, but again it brings me back to great employees will make a great product or provide a great service. And if you have passion for something, it seems to bring excellence to a new business venture.

This brings me to the two partner companies that I work with, that make up my new business venture. The story begins by me talking to one of my co-workers about how I hate cleaning my bathroom! I could not handle the smell of bleach and ammonia. She told me about a health and wellness company (the "product" company) that she works for and how they provide eco-friendly cleaning products. She went on to describe her role in the business. I immediately became interested, and wanted more information.

Through the weeks, she brought to me some of the products the company offers. Soap, bathroom cleaner, crackers, make-up, vitamins, and hand sanitizer just to name a few. I loved them all. It was obvious to me that the products were better for me then the average products that I get at the store. And the prices were reasonable too. I signed up for a membership.

Then I was introduced to my other partner company. Here is where employee's passion comes in. This company is a nonprofit organization consisting of people that market the membership of the health and wellness company that I joined. I wanted to market as well. I was given 16 websites (I upgraded my account) to assist with the marketing. The website includes some cool features, such as contact management, website tracking (I see where most of my leads are coming from), messenger, and a training center. The training center provides product information, scripts, and general information to help with your success. The part I enjoy the most, is the ability to have a senior member of the team via the phone and a webcast conduct a presentation for me, for any potential customer every hour of the day starting at 9AM 9PM central time. All I have to do is focus on getting leads.

This is a great opportunity for me to start my business with little investment, I am able to use some great products that are continuously improving my health and I am able to work with passionate people that are my support team. I do not know where my new business venture is going to take me, but I would love to add you to my team. Together, I believe me can accomplish a lot.
