Since they are mentally and psychologically unstable, they don't realize that not eating is already bad for them. They still cling to the feeling of depression and go deeper into it until they can no longer pull themselves back.

Third thing is their personal relationship towards their families, friends, and colleagues. Since they are drawn to the feeling of Depression Knowledge, they neglect the thought that they still have friends and families with them. They can't pull themselves back to the real world and they push people away from them. If worse come to worst, they could not recognize people anymore. They become unresponsive and passive.
