At any one time there are always a variety of people looking for homes in the same general area

. And that fact helps me when I'm looking for people to buy my home. One way I find out about the "pool" of buyers looking for homes in the area where my home is located is by keeping in touch with other real estate investors. I'm an investor and I like to let other investors know when I have a home for sale, in case one of them might be interested in buying it. But I also let them know because they may have homes for sale, too, and they may run across buyers who decide against buying their homes but who might want to buy my home. There you will be able to get in touch with lots of real estate investors who buy and sell homes regularly, and who have their own lists of buyers that they might share with you when you share yours with them.

You will be pleasantly surprised to discover that real estate investors are easy to talk to and very interested in obtaining the contact info you have collected from people who were curious about your home, especially if your home is located in the same area as homes the investor has for sale. Whether or not your home is listed on the local multiple listing service you can participate in the marketing activities I'm describing in this article.
