One Shouldnt Stop Believing Himself

You have heard many people saying that no job is small

. The reason being that it is because of that job you are able to feed yourself and your family. If you think your job is small and it really sucks, then you should stop working. Not all of us would quit unless there is any other source of income available. I know many of us complain about the type of work we do. We dont enjoy the work but we do because we get paid for the same. Money as they say cant buy happiness but can buy the things which are required for happiness. One can argue money can buy bed but it cant buy sleep but a bed is required to sleep comfortably. It is the only thing for which we all strive for and work for. There are very few people who really enjoy their work and only such people achieve greatness. Sudhir Moravekar is one of the only few people who have excelled in the path they have chosen for their career. Now he is the chairman of panoramic group of companies with interests in hospitality and Information Technology sectors.

You would be really surprised his past. The only thing he thought was to make money. He had different ideas but he had to face defeats many times. He didnt give up, he wanted to be big and he worked hard and intelligently. The thing which I liked about him the most is his willingness to experiment. He did that by starting different types of business but all of them fuzzed out. The only business which proved to the decisive in his life was of the real estate. Now he is a multimillionaire and he owns appropriate 50% of the shares of Panoramic group of companies. His company currently owns more than 20 hotels and resorts across India. Some of them are four star hotels and specifically caters to businessmen. Who would have thought that a guy from a poor family would become one of the richest and well known businessmen? Its all coz of the attitude he carries. I hope people get motivated by his story and learn to accept defeat instead of losing hope after first attempt.

Also, Ive come across people in spite of knowing such stories, they never implement in their real life. They put down their hopes after one failure. They never come out of that failure and coz of it they never try again. If such was the case with Sudhir Moravekar, then he would have been still doing some odd jobs. There wouldnt be any Panoramic Universal Limited and Pancard clubs Limited. There wouldnt have been so much development in the world enough. Other great people like Ambanis would have achieved nothing. There is nothing as failure and it is rightly quoted that failure is the first step to success. So dont just lose your motivation, keep on trying and it would be worth mentioning after few years.
