Online Resourcing continue growth plans through new appointment

From January 2011, Sarah Smith has joined the team as Client Relationship Manager to help develop the business. She brings with her eight years recruitment agency and in-house recruitment expertise having previously been with The Works recruitment consultancy in Leeds.

Sarah has recruited regionally and globally for SME's and multi-national organisations, covering abroad range of commercial disciplines. She has successfully won and serviced many recruitment campaigns in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Call Centre, IT, Administration, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Events & Tourism services and she is looking forward to developing Online Resourcing's profile with its existing clients, whilst also generating new business opportunities.

Commenting on this appointment, Managing Director Oliver Adderley stated:

In addition to this,Online Resourcing, the leading online recruitment and job board management specialists have recently made a another team acquisition. This time they are attracting marketing rather than sales specialists.

From February 2011 Samantha McGawley has been appointed to develop and strengthen the brand whilst assisting with the increasing demand for their online recruitment solutions. With the aim of harnessing the power of online networking, blogging and e-marketing techniques, Samantha will add further online expertise to the Online Resourcing team.

With an MA in Advertising and Marketing from Leeds University Business School, a creative Music BA and two years combined agency and in-house business, Samantha plans to use her knowledge and experience to move the brand from strength to strength.
