State of the art infrastructure, world-class furniture, and stylish interiors are becoming factors for attracting employees, clients and society as a whole. But what goes in the back stage is hard to believe but true, ironically. Industries are contaminating nature with pollutants and wastes at an almost immeasurable rate. One thing that perhaps most of the organizations have forgotten is that all this is done at the cost of misuse of Mother Nature. Although we see a bright picture of the world today, but if this trend of misuse of Mother Nature continues, even our existence can become a question mark tomorrow. How organization can affect ecology: this section throws light on different activities done by organizations during their manufacturing and other functions, which directly or indirectly is a misuse of natural resources and is a source of contamination of our environment.

Loss to organizations: this misuse may appear to be a necessity for these organizations but it creates a lot of problems to the organizational functioning. The loss to the organization can be
