Paid Leads Vs. Free Mlm Leads

One of the biggest questions for network marketers is how to generate more leads for their business!

Its essential to have a game plan when you get started, and map out exactly how you plan on having success. And one of the strategies you must plan out is whether you want paid leads or free leads!

Some of the more popular paid strategies include Pay-Per-Click, banner advertising, Ezine advertising and text ads.

These strategies tend to produce instantaneous traffic, leads, and sales to your website! If you have a budget that you can dedicate to these strategies, its a great way to get your business off the ground in a hurry.

However, the instant you stop paying, you stop getting traffic.

The great thing about free leads theyre free!

The theory behind using free leads is that you have to build up enough exposure that people begin to notice you. However, that obviously can take a long time! But once youve got it going, it doesnt go away overnight. In fact, it snowballs over time and increases your traffic and leads.

Another thing to consider with paid leads vs free leads, is the quality of the leads.

Lets first consider paid leads. These are people who have responded to an impersonal ad and sent you their information.

Now, with free leads, usually they get to know you on Facebook, Youtube, or your blog. They are able to talk directly with you, see pictures of you, see you in a video, hear your voice, and maybe even read some of your articles on your blog before they become a lead.

Guess which one will be more responsive?

In my own personal business, Ive been able to make sales with paid leads, but Ive been able to develop deep, business relationships with free leads. They are more willing to talk on the phone, and its easy to keep up with them on your Facebook account.

So which one is better for your business?

The easy answer is both!

If you can generate paid leads NOW for your business, you obviously dont want to exclude that.

But, free strategies will, over the course of your business, generate higher quality leads that lead to better relationships.
