2) OK now upload your piece of content. At this point I'd recommend setting up your own blog if you don't have one (I show you how to do this in 3 minutes flat in my bootcamp at the bottom of this page). If you have created an article then first publish it to your blog and then head over to Ezine Articles and publish it there (its free to open an account and publish articles). For videos, upload to YouYube. Having your content two of the most popular websites on the planet is very advantageous, you will get more traffic and higher rankings in the search engines. Perhaps you might also want to make a hub or squidoo page and post your content there, this is entirely optional but can work well. If you are into podcasts then a good site to upload it to is Podcast Alley. If you have a sales funnel for your business that allows you to put in articles, then this is going to get you the best results. People will be able to opt in straight from your one page. If you don't have a system set up yet then we will cover that in more detail at the end of this article.

3) Create a brief article about the content you have just created. It needs to be concise and to the point and aim for about 350 - 500 words in the article. Then create a short video (30-60 seconds) promoting your original content also. make sure all links are pointing back to your original piece of content. Especially in article 'author resource boxes', with these you can have a link back to your site using anchor text. So if your content is about an 'monavie review' then use the anchor text 'monavie review'

4) Distribute the promotional content on a mass scale. For your article you should submit it to as many article directories and blogs as possible, make sure you publish it on the more popular sites. Upload your video to as many video sites as possible (YouTube, Metacafe, Viddler, Break etc....) Perhaps you are thinking to yourself 'this sounds like an awful lot of work'. A lot of this can be done with just a few clicks if you get a few tools in to do the job for you. You will save time and overall the whole process will be far more effective. 5) Finally keep doing this every day for the next one hundred days! Consistency is the key to success with this strategy.
