Many people go about their lives knowing that things are not quite right but do not have the knowledge of how to change things.
This was me a short time ago. The unconstructive things over whelmed the positive and I did not realize how badly my perspective of life had changed. One gets caught up in the tedious pace of day to day living.
I knew nothing about personal development other that you can pay huge money to go to weekend conferences where motivational speakers talk to a huge audience and try to inspire.
I was fortunate enough to come across a company called Life path and joined their business to make money. Part of the business offers a personal development course. I went along with the current and started the 56 day on line interactive course and it did not take me long to discover this was exactly what I needed. The further I got into the lessons the more I realized I had been functioning on auto pilot and my life lacked the fun, joy and excitement it should have had.
As my mind set changed so did my views on life and my entire way of thinking. My family started to notice changes and even commenting on, you are so cheery now.
I learnt to control my panic and frustration when things went wronge and learnt that I had a choice as to how I reacted to situations I could decide how I felt.
What a difference it made in my attitudes.
Things really started to go right for once.
This 56 day was compiled by 14 luminaries who take you day by day through eight aspects of life showing you small videos with words of wisdom as well as an interactive journal that you do each day. This is logged into your online journal. You also get a physical journal to write in too. 8 CDs and a DVD plus more complete the package. This is a far cry to a large room filled with other people.
The motivation comes from the daily webinars that you can listen or join in on coming from America or Australia several times a day. It is not an difficult course and you choose what time of the day you are going to do it in.
As you may tell I am now passionate about this course and because it has done so much good for me I want the world to know so that it may touch other peoples lives too.
