Lets start with your strengths, what are the things you are good at?

Here are some suggestions.


Can you communicate well with others, even complete strangers? Don't worry if you have trouble with this because, once you have gained your self-confidence you will find this easy.

Are you good at something specific?, like you might be good at sport, maths or a hobby such as fixing things around the house or crocheting a new teapot cover. Everything that you can do well no matter how small, is important to take note of.

What about work, is there some part of what you do at your job that you do well or get praise for? For instance something you find easy to do that others have difficulty with. Think deeply and you will notice how good you really are!

Maybe your strengths are hidden from you by self-doubt, therefore the best thing you can do is ask your closest friends or partner to help on this one. Don't be afraid to ask them , I'm sure they would be only to willing to point out your strengths for you.
