There is one important distinction to make about the use of this word though We are saying retailing instead of sales for a reason. Multiple reasons, actually. One to benefit the seller and one to benefit the buyer. As we know people hate to be sold, but they love to buy. What this means is, you cannot be the stereotypical salesperson pushing product onto your friends, family, and strangers. Well, you could, if you didnt want to succeed. Successful retailing in your Network Marketing or MLM Business or any business, lies in identifying a need, and filling it. The beauty about any Network Marketing or MLM is that you have a seemingly endless variety of products at your fingertips, any and all of which stand to be a great benefit to anyone you know.

How we represent things in our mind plays a large role in how they are translated into real life. For example if your assumption about sales is that they are high pressure and uncomfortable, how eager do you think youll be to start selling product? Probably not at all. On the other hand, if you have educated yourself on the products and know that you can genuinely help people in many areas of their lives, it may be more comfortable for you to make suggestions to them when the raise a concern about something theyre going through.

Any Network Marketing Company or MLM business gives you unique opportunities to not only genuinely help people, but also to financially benefit from said help. This is also why its important to try as many of the products or services as possible, to have a personal experience with them that you can pass on to others. You should start out with whatever the Flagship product or service is in the company you decide to partner with is. Being a product of the product in the Network Company you are with is a key ingredient to becoming successful in your Network Marketing endeavors. If you use your own product and have positive effects from it then when someone has a similar problem you can tell them your story and suggest to them what helped you and youve completed a successful retailing transaction. Everybody wins.

If you acknowledge that youve got two ears and one mouth because youre supposed to listen twice as much as you speak, you will be able to effectively build a successful retailing division of your network marketing business. To identify an existing need and be able to provide a solution is an essential part of success. You have the tools, and NOW is the time to put them into action!
