Riviera Maya Condos For Retirement - Am I Asking For Too Much?

Youve dreamed of living on the beach for years now

, and youve built up a lot of expectations; now that the time comes to buy, youre considering a beautiful Riviera Maya condo but youre suspecting that perhaps youre expecting too much. Consider what you can really get for a very reasonable price in Playa del Carmen, and then decide for yourself:

Location Close to the Beach For retirement, we all imagine living close enough to the beach to walk down for our morning walks in the soft sand. Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya will be no disappointment for this dream; the wide beaches are probably the most beautiful in the world, with pure white sand, and turquoise water beyond and the best part is you can afford a condo close enough to the beach to make this a reality.

Walk-Everywhere Lifestyle Downtown condos allow you to forget about traffic and the hassle of always having to go everywhere in a car. With year-round warm weather, you can walk to convenience stores, local markets and taco shops; you can also walk to Walmart and some other nice large stores. Of course, we cant forget about Fifth Avenue, which is on the way to the beach and includes many cafes, shops and restaurants.

Elevator, Underground Parking In Playa del Carmen, there are no buildings bigger than 4 stories; yet, when retirement comes around, even 2 flights of stairs can feel like too much. A handful of buildings include elevators to make this easier. If you need an elevator, dont think that its a luxury out of your reach. Some complexes also have underground parking, should you choose to keep a car for outings, etc., which is nice to keep the sun off the car. (Security isnt really a big issue here.)

Pool, Lounge Area, SPA Having everything nearby is nice, but you are also not asking too much to look for a pool, lounge area and even a spa or a gym in your complex.

Very Nice Unit Finally, a spacious, open-concept condo with a balcony and a nice view are also not asking too much at least not in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. A modern design with nice fixtures that allows you to feel at home is key to making retirement relaxing and comfortable.

So, do you still think you were asking too much? Talk to an experienced agent, and you might find that you werent asking for quite enough
