The organic residues like coal and liquids like oil, water, or gases are included in it. Some important elements are magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, Aluminum etc. According to experts, rocks are constant and rigid; however, there are many changes that take place in it. The rock cycle is responsible for continually renewing the earths surface.

The earths interior is the place from where the rocks are discharged to the surface. Now, they become sedimentary after deterioration. Later, metamorphic type is formed when changes take place in the sedimentary rocks. These rocks are melted and again changed into igneous. The most common rocks on the earths surface are the sedimentary rocks. Igneous rocks and metamorphic rocks can be generally seen underneath the earths crust.
