Becoming conscious is a practice, it's a discipline, its yoga, that's what the science of yoga is, the science of self-awareness. The discipline to yoke or to harness, to unite your individual consciousness with total consciousness, to feel the presence of God within you and around you, to realize you're not separated to not living and existing separate from God, but to live in that grace and that love.

We have a free series of video classes on YouTube. We have a podcast channel on iTunes. Please subscribe to them and you'll receive inspirational messages. You can also receive several free downloads (lectures, meditations, etc) by going to our home page for Self Awareness Institute, and we can then send you our monthly newsletter with dates of free teleconferences, and our upcoming seminars and retreats. We also have a radio show called Enlightenment Radio, you can simply Google it on line. It plays guided meditations and talks 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It's free. We have a distance learning course called the Home Study Program, where the lessons are emailed to you weekly, and for those to are ready we have the live Self Realization Course.
