But at that point, it's even more important that youre sharing it.

You got to think of this energy as something thats building up to be let and set free, something it can come up to be expressed through what youre thinking and saying and doing. Something you want to share with the people you see, everywhere you go, all the time, everyday, like youre sharing that love or youre letting that positive energy come into your office, come into your family, come into contact with all the people you see where youre shopping, commuting, whatever you happen to be doing.

Start thinking about transmitting a positive vibration in the room youre in, on the conversation on the phone, whenever youre engaged with another human being. See if you could start bringing in a positive energy into your consciousness and then share that consciousness. And thats where your spiritual practice is going to start entering a whole new dimension.
