The development human though created an equal world, still, women should be ready for discrimination if they want to take up a business career. We do not state that discrimination is an obligatory issue some women are sure to meet. Even though, it is better to be ready for the problem if it happens to occur. We focus this article on the problem of skills and self-development women should possess in case they want to become notable person in the business world. 1. It is a must for women to possess high knowledge in the sphere of business they have possessed. It is obligatory to be aware of economic rules, management and marketing processes. The more women know the better they will pattern their behavior on the business arena. 2. Women should learn to be strict. This skill is obligatory. Weak and spineless women are unable to become good in business. 3. Women should remember that business world is full of crafty and insidious people. There is not time to be sensitive or compassionate. Competitors just wait for women's mistakes. 4. Some people got used to be rude and unbalanced. You are not one of those. Do not reduce the level of your behavior and upbringing. Remember! You are a woman, no matter how strict you must act in some situations. 5. It is important to remain feminine. It is unnecessary to follow the proverb "when in Rome, do as the Romans do". Have you personal opinion about each of the events. Business is the world where only strong people may be involved.
