Should You Really Have Air Conditioning?

Basically, an office air conditioner resembles a room air conditioner where a refrigerant passes through a cooling coil and refrigeration occurs in a separate unit. Multi-storey office buildings on the other hand require larger units and use water-cooled condensers since air-cooled condensers are often not available.

A fresh cooling tower is generally included in water-cooled condensers so as to preserve water. The condenser water in the cooling tower is cooled by evaporation into the outside air. Often offices have different temperature prerequisites for different sections. In situations where different sections demand varying temperature settings, 2 air ducts are used. One channel carries cool air while the other channel carries warm air. On entering a space, air is then mixed to the required temperature as indicated by the thermostat setting. Since space is valuable in any office building, all possibilities are exhausted in order to save this. That's the reason why channel systems with seriously far higher air speed and air pressure compared to those employed in home systems are being used specially for office air con.

Today's modern school buildings have been supplied with cooling kit too. Some building designs show the indoor environment to the heat of the sun particularly in the high season. There are plenty of one-storey faculties with massive west and east glass walls and a large amount of solar exposure through the roof and windows. These kinds of buildings require the employment of air-conditioning units for effective teaching and learning, particularly during the hot and wet months of summer.
