You see this is where the world has changed. You can give ten candidates the same question but be looking for very different answers depending on their personality. This is why it is no longer a simple case of trawling the net for some stock answers. The answers need to pertain to your personality.

A couple of years ago it was fine to just remember some stock answers but not today. More and more employers will be sitting with personality reports about you and will be expecting a specific type of answer to each job interview question. And this answer will be personality specific.
