There are so many different supplements and nutritional products on the market that as a personal trainer I need to be aware of the best ones around
. Today I am going to talk to you about a supplement called Heavy Metal Chelator. I am also going to analyse in detail one of the ingredients which is a known Food Powerhouse!
As you know when toxins enter your body they cause health problems. What a heavy metal chelator does is gently excrete the harmful heavy metals in your body such as mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic.
The ingredients are chlorella, spirulina and cilantro which help the body to cleanse the bowel, liver, blood and other elimination systems. The body is also assisted in removing toxins and radioactive substances from the body.
Chlorella helps the body detoxify itself in a yet not understood profound way. How to use Spirulina:
Spirulina can easily be used in your daily diet. As we know protein is vital for growth and cell regeneration, 60% of spirulinas dry weight is actually protein. You could even take Spirulina to replace (to some degree) high fat and high cholesterol meat, or dairy products. 10 grams of Spirulina will give you nearly 70% of the minimum daily requirement for iron and it quadruples the requirements for vitamin A, B complex, D and K!
