Stop Being A Pleople Pleaser And Build Self Esteem Today

Do you know that a main characteristic of those with low self esteem is the tendency to be people pleasers often to the detriment of their own well being? Do you know people pleasing means turning one's back on one's own inner values, inner wisdom, sacrificing one's integrity and ultimately one's rightful ownership to their life? Do you know that makes one a virtual slave to the whims and demands of others? Finally do you know that this debilitating condition can be completely eradicated from within thereby giving one the confidence, courage, strength and resilience to live out their inner truth? How does one accomplish that you ask?

People pleasing is a tendency that sprouts from early negative experiences such as abandonment, rejection, abuse, neglect, humiliation, failure and so on. These events, which get and remain stored deep in the subconscious mind as negative memories, leave one feeling unwanted, unloved, unlovable, defective, not good enough, inadequate, unattractive, needy, weak, unworthy, useless, ashamed, like a failure, and so on.

In summary they make one feel extremely bad about one's self i.e. create a solid foundation for what many call low self esteem.

Sadly, such individuals try to compensate for the deep emotional pain that ensues from such memories/events by attempting to correct whatever supposedly went wrong in their past. They turn their attention outwards to others and in their neediness try to become whatever is expected of them in the hopes that they will be accepted, appreciated, wanted, needed, loved, approved of, and included to name a few.

The underlying unspoken belief is that if they can accomplish any of this then they will supposedly feel adequate, acceptable, lovable, important, special, have a purpose for being here, feel equal to others, like a normal person and therefore able to feel good about themselves.

Having achieved this they will then supposedly be able to "be" themselves confidently, securely, safely, genuinely, authentically, spontaneously, calmly, and peacefully.

Sadly the actual outcome of bowing down to others makes one actually feel worse and not better about themselves. In other words it only keeps them trapped in a no win scenario.

There is now a powerful and widely known way out of this trap.

It consists of permanently and completely erasing the subconsciously stored negative memories that make one feel bad about themselves in the first place. By doing so it is possible to return the individual to a state that existed prior to the original negative events mentioned above. In this state one feels inherently confident, strong, empowered, self assured, resilient, self honouring, self accepting, peaceful, secure, whole, complete, optimistic, independent, self sufficient and good about themselves only to name a few.

What's more this state of being grows cumulatively and progressively as more of this negative past is erased. So how is this accomplished?

Well, a new coaching process developed a decade ago has shown the remarkable ability to permanently erase any/all negative thoughts, feelings and memories thereby helping to restore one to their natural authentic and empowered self. In this state one is able to easily, effortlessly and spontaneously embrace and live out their own Heartfelt truth.
