Although it may be important to find an appropriate place to camp some place nearby water and food it is also advised that you not wander further but to stay put as much as possible so there is more likelihood that your friends will be able to walk past you again.

Try to relax and get a clear head. This will help you make the right decisions to survive. Use whatever you find for your own advantage tree branches, stones, palm fronds, practically anything. Mother Nature has given us plenty of resources to utilize especially in times such as this example.
