Drama engulfed residence of Ganjoni in Mombasa County when one of the senior KRA boss by the name Mr. Crispin Agata also senior commissioner at KRA engaged in public utterance insulting his former wife after what he claims denial of visitation rights to his own children.
Sources informed us that Mr. Agata flew all way from Nairobi for a five day training programme that was organized by KRA that is when things started befalling his way.
This was exposed after being embroiled in a tussle of war between his wife whom they have stayed in marriage for over ten years and his mother in law.
The officer who is believed to have parted his ways with his wife for reasons believed to be domestic violence left the with two school going children a girl and a boy aged 11 and 7 years respectably.
Chrisphine Nyamwaya Agata who currently manages the Human Resource office at KRA offices in Nairobi is alleged to be encircled in a number of romantically linked issues a move which has piled up pressure in his family affairs leading to calling it quits wife his wife of 10 years of marriage.
The 42 years old Nyamwaya who initially worked at the KRA offices in Mombasa where he lived with his wife and the two children is said to have dumped the family in Mombasa after he got a transfer to Nairobi.
According to his wife Beatrice, issues arose when her en strangled husband developed a tendency of arriving home as late as 3am but when she inquired her whereabouts, she would be beaten senselessly as she was not authorized to pose such like queries.
Exposing her gum to reveal her missing tooth as result of being beaten to such extent, Beatrice noted that being battered had become the order of the day in her life claiming that at times a fight would only pick as a result of being in the possession of remote arguing over which channel to watch.
" I was even getting used to his beatings but the worst part of was the tendency at which he was being spotted moving up and down with women, this made me mad and fear for my life and children," she said.
For two and half years the senior commissioner is said to have completely forgotten about his family down at the Coast but recently fresh revelations arose after the fall out and has now declared his interest in having his two children.
Nyamwaya who is alleged to be using his plum position to send shock waves down the spine of her en strangled wife is said to have pocketed a number of police officers who have successfully managed to take her to a number of police stations including Rongai kilimani and Central but failed to table staunch accusations against her a move which has seen Beatrice move in and out of the police cells in a regular basis.
Despite making frequent inquiries traces over the children Beatrice accuses the KRA human resource manager for assuming his parental responsibilities an act that has seen her personal life adversely affected and put a psychological strain in the family.
Beatrice who works as clerk in Mombasa also revealed that some times back she used to be traced by unknown persons with a saloon car and even received threat messages a move which saw her vacate from her residence and resolved to handle the matter in court.
However, Nyamwaya's attempts to re poses his two children were thwarted by the children Court's judge in Nairobi who granted his wife the custody of their two children.
The disturbed mother of two also noted that under mysterious circumstances, her efforts to acquire a motor vehicle log book from the KRA offices in Mombasa where her husband initially worked were futile alleging that orders had been issued by his husband to the officers responsible never to avail the log book to her.
Beatrice narrated that it was only after endless frustrations that she managed to acquire the document through his personal assistance only after he had gone for his leave.
She is currently urging the police commissioner to take stern action against his officers who have been pocketed and are being misused by the capable lot to frustrate the incapable
The senior commissioner's lust for women is also said to have seen him marry other four women after her first wife but surprisingly only one believed to be 19 years old has survived the wrath of being in his company.
One of the wives alleged to have been dumped after having a child is said to have sued him for neglecting her and with their child where the court ruled that Nyamwaya must on a monthly basis account for the child's upkeep under her mother's custody.
