Valid knowledge is an vital matter in anyone's life.As a concerned parent, my teenagers education has always been a priority. I have relentlessly participatedin payingdue attention tohow well rather than how much they learn. Thedifference between "how well" and "how much"lead me to disagree with educational systems I encountered in European countries I lived in as well asthe U.S.A. and Canada. Experience has shown me thateducational systems from Elementary through High School and College fail ~to different degrees, of course~ at the foundation of the Teaching-Learning Process.

It is critical and vital tocomprehend how important it is to our teenagers education to have not only well prepared and skilled teachers knowledgeable in one subject or science, but teachers who must inescapably be proficient when it comes to execute something decisive: "How To Teach."

When I was attending High School, I had a Science teacher known by the nickname of Mr. Why. This man conceived and mastered applying a principle to teenagers education that I never saw used so proficiently by teachers anywhere during my decades of observations.


His principle was that if a teacher has normally intelligent students, and they fail gaining knowledge, it is revealing that the teacher is the one failing at passing on knowledge instead of normally intelligent brains unable to learn. Since early in his carreer ~and superb qualitiesas a teacher~ herealized that any teacher can identify winners, but only fewhave the qualities needed to turn a regular student into a winner.

Proper and efficient education of teenagers isNOT abouta boring monolog. It is about enticing and grabbing classes. This man filled a great deal of his time in class showing daily events where we could witness, experience, and interact withlaws of physics. His successful classeshadus all inspired; and so, he efficiently helped us to clearly understand his teachings.


This teacher's nickname was the result of his most famous question: Why ?

Should a student enunciate a law of physics, he can be anticipated to ask the student "Why?" It was not enough for Mr. Why thathis students memorize anything. He wanted to see his studentsto understand principles and reasons nature had behind its laws. Moreover, he demanded all of it without usstudying at home. It alwayswas joyful to attend his classes as it was to see him proud that in his extensive career educating teenagers not one of them failed Science.
