You can offer these items for a set donation level or you can allow people to purchase them for a set price. Because these items can be ordered relatively inexpensively through a promotional products company in bulk your school or PTO won't have to pay a lot for these items and can sell them for a significant profit, all of which will go to the students at the school for trips, dances, and sports equipment.
Don't allow your school's shrinking budget to steal away the fun of youth. Take it upon yourself as a concerned parent or educator to do something about it and begin raising some of those much needed funds for your school. Most people are willing to give something to the kids all you need to do is ask and offer them a nice item in the school colors. It won't cost you a lot which means more money in the bank to let the kids have more fun.
